Terms of Service
Effective October 15, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Odibi, operated by Steven Madali. By creating an account or using Odibi, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What Odibi does
Odibi runs automated, passive checks on public web pages and turns the results into a report with scores and a prioritized fix plan. It looks at technical health, SEO, AI search readiness and visitor-facing security signals.
2. Websites you may audit
- Only run full audits on websites you own or have permission to review.
- Odibi makes ordinary public requests, respects robots.txt, and never logs in, submits forms, or tries to break in. Don't use it to probe, overload or attack any website.
- You are responsible for the websites you submit and for how you use the results.
3. What the results mean
- Scores and findings reflect Odibi's automated checks of the pages it could reach at that time. They are guidance, not a guarantee.
- A report is not a penetration test, a full security assessment, or legal or compliance advice. “Safe to visit” means no visitor-facing danger signals were found in those checks; it is not a promise.
- AI search readiness measures signals on the website. It does not measure whether a site appears in, or is cited by, AI answers.
- Some explanations are written with the help of AI and can be wrong. Test changes before relying on them.
4. Your account
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Plans include monthly audit limits, shown in Settings. We may change limits or features over time.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other people or websites at risk.
5. Share links
You can create a read-only link to a report. Anyone with the link can view and download that report until it expires or you turn it off. Only share reports you are comfortable sharing.
6. Your content
You keep any rights you have in the websites you submit and the reports about them. You let us store and process that information to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. No warranty and limits of liability
Odibi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on a report. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. When we make a material change we'll update the effective date and ask you to accept the new version. This is version 2026-10-15.
